Please note:

According to local laws, we need to declare prices for products. If you have special requirements for declared value, please contact us within 24 hours. Otherwise, we will declare in accordance with the minimum declaration requirements according to local law.
If you find that it needs to pay taxes, the customer needs to take responsibility of it.

Ground shipping usually takes 7-10 business days to deliver to most areas (refer to map) after we upload the tracking number.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Contact us with your order number to receive a Return

Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without a valid RMA will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase.

  • Items must be in new condition including all accessories and packaging. 
  • Customers should bear the shipping fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes or fees. 
  • Refunds are limited to the total amount paid. 
  • We may ask you provide the picture/video of the products

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions/non-returnable items 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your product is within our warranty period, we will replace the damaged part.


Any questions or you may concerns about your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@vio-zon.com and send your item to: viozon

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 3-5 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
